Ice blue chiffon with white lace,pearl work on yoke, victorian frilled sleeves and a beautiful multicolor embrodiery on hem layered on top of an organza frill, while adding that wow factor to an otherwise muted outfit are the longer side panels and back finished with lace applique. It comes with cigarette pants in the same color with organza and lace inserts.
